Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Diego, CA)

Rivermark Pike Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in San Diego producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 182 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinical studies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
