Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Diego, CA)

Redstone Forge Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
