Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (San Antonio, TX)

Ironwood Drift Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around San Antonio. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
