Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Lumen Loom Water Authority and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for capital projects. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
