Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Sacramento, CA)

Nova Harbor Telecom Partners builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Sacramento area, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for network equipment. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with outage reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
