Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Rochester, NY)

Amberfield Iron Financial is a financial-services company in Rochester, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for customer onboarding. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
