Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Cedar Sable Financial and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 24 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
