We are growing our team at Foxglove Forge Transit Planning and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with route schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
