Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Rochester, NY)

Amberfield Iron Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 139 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
