Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Rochester, NY)

Cedar Sparrow Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
