Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Rochester, NY)

Redstone Harbor Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Rochester, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for usage data. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with service connections. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
