Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Wren Environmental Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
