Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Rochester, NY)

We are growing our team at Greenridge West Energy and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 573 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for service connections. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with billing disputes. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester. • We reply to every applicant.
