Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Rochester, NY)

Bluepeak Mill Care Services supports families and individuals in Rochester with personal care and coordination. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
