Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Rochester, NY)

Clearpath Rowan Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Rochester with routes, transfer stations and recycling, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 147 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
