Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Meridian Civic Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
