Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Richmond, VA)

Redstone Pike Pharma develops and makes medicines in Richmond. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 90 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for clinical studies. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
