Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Summit Pine Construction and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with safety records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
