Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Richmond, VA)

Nova Keystone Health Group provides primary and specialty care in Richmond, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for patient scheduling. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Richmond, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
