Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (Reno, NV)

Fernwood Quill Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Reno region. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 498 people based in Reno. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for hardship programmes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
