Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bluepeak Cedar Civic Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with public records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Des Moines. • We reply to every applicant.
