Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Highbridge Lantern Pharma Group supports drug development and manufacturing around Savannah, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 382 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
