Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bright Lakeside Foods produces packaged foods at its Rochester plant. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for customer specifications. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with cold storage. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
