Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Lakeside Care Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
