Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Foxglove Willow Insurance Partners provides coverage to households and businesses around San Jose. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
