Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Amberfield North Medical Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for regulatory submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
