Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Ironwood Linden Civic Services supports public agencies in Oklahoma City with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Oklahoma City. • We reply to every applicant.
