Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Fernwood Keystone Care Services provides in-home and community support in Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
