Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Clearpath Wilder Insurance Group provides coverage to households and businesses around San Diego. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
