Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ridge Medical Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 134 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory submissions. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
