Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bluepeak Pike Medical is a Jackson company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 971 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with production lots. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
