Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Greenridge Loom Medical Group designs and makes medical devices in Orlando, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 101 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with clinical evaluations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
