What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
