Cedar Clear Transit Planning Group plans bus and rail service for cities around Fort Worth. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. We value plain explanations. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
