Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Silverline Hollow Civic Services works with county and city offices around Omaha, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Benefits and stability attract long tenure. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for budget submissions. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
