Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Rivermark Pike Construction Partners builds commercial and industrial projects around Boise. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
