Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Harborlight Haven Pharma Group is a pharmaceutical company in Cleveland producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
