Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Amber Construction and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with materials orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
