Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Fernwood Forge Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Kansas City region, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would join a large organisation of about 689 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for billing disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with hardship programmes. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
