Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Fernwood Willow Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Rochester. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 137 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for subcontractor invoices. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
