Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Ironwood Mill Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Philadelphia, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with care plans. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
