Lumen Loom Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
