Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Umber Inspection Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for test reports. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with certifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
