Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Pike Construction and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would join a small organisation of about 55 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for permits. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
