Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Rivermark Forge Civic Services Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with permits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
