Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Westbrook Iron Insurance Associates is an insurance company in Sacramento with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
