Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Lumen Fox Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Savannah. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for production lots. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
