Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Bluepeak Fox Insurance is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on policy monitoring for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
