Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Drift Health and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be policy monitoring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
