Senior Compliance Analyst - policy monitoring (remote)

Northwind Summit Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Austin, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our policy monitoring. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with catastrophe response. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
